Today's the last day to report your sad cow shirt!
Followup: I just sent in the order to our t-shirt shop. We had replacement requests for about 1/3 of the shirts, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Now would be a good time to reflect on lessons learned, but I have precious few. I now know how to check silkscreening for insufficient curing (just tug lightly on either side of the design), and you can be sure from now on I'll spot-check every batch of shirts before sending them out. I've learned that silk screened shirts should be washed inside-out to maximize their longevity. And I've learned that customers are very grateful when you display good customer service.
