Sliced & Diced

I'm not receiving any endorsement money for saying so, but the CutCo(R) cheese knife is very sharp indeed. I came to this conclusion after a short test involving said knife, a block of Tilamook(R) medium cheddar (also excellent) and my left hand. Immedietly following the test I spent several hours in the University of Washington hospital emergency room (recommended) where Susan, Penny, and Camille (all rate my highest praise) examined, cleaned, and dressed my hand, which now looks like I got into a fight with a gauze factory and lost.
