I realize now that we made a mistake by taking orders for merchandise we didn't have in our hot little hands. We expected everything last week, but our supplier's supplier didn't deliver some of the raw materials on time. Which means we don't have everything yet. Which means some of you don't have everything yet either. It's a classic supply chain problem, but we could have avoided it by not offering the stuff until we had it. In the old days we hardly had a choice - preordering merchandise helped us gauge demand and order enough stuff. But these days we just order a bunch anyway.

Live and learn. Meanwhile we *may* get the last of our stuff today, and ship it out today and Friday. If you've been waiting we are very grateful.

Update: Okay, we finally have everything. Except we're already sold out of some stuff. A victim of our own success.
