One of the interesting part of drawing the comic book inside volume 3 is that I am doing full pages of art with no dialog, adding it later with my page layout program. Our strip is so dialog-intensive that I always letter first, draw later. It's rather odd, but also rather liberating, to just draw with no words around. It might make me do a better job drawing, because I'm trying to convey more with the art. Looking at the inked pages with no dialog I find I can follow the story pretty well. Of course I know what it is, but even so.
