Thanks to everyone who preordered books over the last three weeks. Printing books is expensive. Very expensive. And to make matters worse, we printed Read Responsibly at the same time that we reprinted our first volume, Unshelved (our third printing!). That made good economic sense (we saved money by printing and shipping them together) but it made for some very tight cashflow indeed. Your preorder dollars got us through the worst of it, especially since 40% of you opted for the full set of five books.

Also ending is the "Buy two shirts get a Read Responsibly shirt" promotion, which was very successful. We're scheming up its replacement right now.

Anyway, five (5) skids of books will be arriving at my garage any minute. Gene and I will then begin the regimen of signing exactly one quintillion books. Then Jana will pack 'em up and ship 'em out next week.
