After what seems like a very short respite from travel, Gene and I hit the road again next week for a variety of speaking engagements both far away and delightfully close to home:

• Friday, September 26 we're the speakers at the Illinois Library Association Author's Luncheon at at 12:30pm
• Friday October 3 we're carrying on at the WALE conference in nearby Olympia, WA.
• Monday October 13 it's the Timberland Library Staff Day, also in Olympia, WA.
• Friday, November 7 we're heading to the Wisconsin Library Association in lovely Middleton, WI. Then on
• Tuesday, November 11 we're at the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library training day.
