Our last talk of the year took place this Friday at the (very impressive) Schaumburg Township District Library, where we spoke to their staff of 300, several dozen of whom took the time to send us true stories from their library. We selected one from Holly Krawisz and turned it into today’s strip. She’ll get a free print and the library gets the original art which they are going to hang on the wall. (Her coworkers provided some other great stories we hope to publish soon). We have done this at several speaking gigs now, it’s really fun, and it (like our third keynote How To Ban A Book) is now officially OUT OF BETA.
When you’re done with your Thanksgiving holidays we invite you to take a look at your calendar and see if there’s an upcoming event you’d like to enliven with a keynote, breakout session, and custom strip by one or both of the Unshelved guys. Full information at our Talks & Appearances page.
