I'm pleased to announce that I'll be doing the closing keynote at the 2006 New York Library Association conference in Saratoga Springs, almost exactly a year from now. I'm a native New Yorker, and so this is especially meaningful for me - local boy does good, I guess. Hopefully Gene will be joining me.

I confess that after a month's rest I'm getting a little itchy to speak again. There may be something happening at ALA in January. More later.
